Inbound leads lose value by the hour. This platform answers them in minutes: incoming leads are automatically classified, routed, and answered with AI-generated replies tailored to each inquiry.
The work
I built the system end to end: LLM integration with structured outputs, a classification pipeline, reply generation with guardrails, an evaluation framework to score output quality before anything reaches a customer, and token-cost monitoring so the business always knows what the AI layer costs to run.
The outcome
A production AI system that behaves like production software: observable, evaluated, and cost-controlled, not a demo. The same architecture applies anywhere a business handles a stream of inbound requests.
